Koushik Yog Kendra comes from two words Yog and Intra, where yog comes from the Sanskrit word “Yuj” Which Means connection between “Soul” (Aatma) and “God”(Parmatma) And Intra is an English Word Which Means Within. The “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramaya” Shloka emphasizes the unity of minds to create healthy and powerful organizations for the prosperity and happiness of all and to promote solidarity and righteousness. The above universal prayer for prosperity means “May there be happiness, harmony, peace and prosperity for all.”
This “Om, Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramaya” means “May everyone be happy” which means that everyone, every animal, every person and every atom, energy or whatever creatures should be happy and free from suffering. The prayer is so simple that it is easy to remember such a simple meaning as “May everyone be happy and healthy.” Repetition of this mantra can fill you with compassion and loving-kindness as it exemplifies an altruistic mindset of well-being for everyone, not just for humans, but for all sentient beings.
The literal meaning of this mantra is that everyone should be happy, everyone should be in good health and everyone should be prosperous. It is with this intention that this mantra is chanted, which gives peace of mind.
